Do you offer recurring discounts?

We focus on service quality and we believe that our plans are competitively priced. Hence we do not offer recurring discounts. The price listed on our website is the final price that you pay.


Does tmzVPS offer money-back guarantee?

tmzVPS offers 30 day money back guarantee on new VPS orders. We do not offer refunds on domains, SSL certificates, customized orders, setup fees and dedicated servers. Only new customers are entitled to refunds. If our Terms of Service is violated then you would not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.


Does tmzVPS provide uptime guarantee?

tmzVPS provides 99.9% network uptime guarantee backed by our SLA. All of our managed VPS, unmanaged VPS and managed dedicated servers fall under this guarantee.


How long does account activation take?

We setup new virtual servers after account verification. It generally takes a few hours to less than one day.
We setup dedicated servers in two working days post payment verification.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal, 2CheckOut, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover etc.), debit cards and Skrill. We also accept wire transfers and checks upon request for any amount more than $100.


Do you offer website migration from another provider?

We offer free migration for managed VPS and managed dedicated servers as long as you use cPanel/WHM on your existing server. If you do not use cPanel/WHM or if you do not use any control panel at all on your old server then there might be a small fee applicable for migration. Please contact sales for more details.


Do I need to register a domain to order a VPS or a dedicated server?

No, however we need a hostname in order to setup a VPS or a dedicated server. If you want to register a new domain though you can do so.


What is included in tmzVPS Management Service?
